VPHO/VPHR sanitary pumps

  • Aseptic fork coupling consisting of only two parts

VPHC sanitary pumps

  • Cost effective pin coupling with hardened, wear resistant and exchangeable pins and bushes
  • Lubricated according to food grade requirements
  • Completely sealed with sleeve and clamping strips

Which seals for Verderpro hygienic pumps?

For the shaft seals you can choose for gland packing, a single or double mechanical seal or a mechanical seal with quench.

Material selection

When configuring a hygienic pump for your process, the selection of materials is of high importance.
The housing, rotor, stator and rotating parts are available in many materials, like AISI 316, 316Ti, etc. The stator material is Buna-N.\
