Victor internal gear pumps, for liquids of all viscosities

The Verdergear Victor R series internal gear pumps are used for fluids of any viscosity. Solvents up to 1mm2/s or chocolate (max 100,000 mm2/s) are pumped without problems. The special design makes the Victor R gear pumps suitable also for lubricating and non-lubricating fluids as well as for liquids with solids.

The Verdergear Victor gear internal gear pumps are available in 6 pump models and are available in sealed or magnetic driven versions.
The sealed versions can be equipped with single or double mechanical seal as well as lantern ring. The magnetic driven internal Victor pumps have no glands, nor seals, and are without exclusion 100% leakfree

Specific applications with Victor internal gear pumps

The Victor internal geared pumps are used for liquids of any viscosity such as solvents, chocolate or bitumen. The liquid may be lubricating or non-lubricating and may contain abrasive particles such as colored pigments.
The Verdergear Victor gear pumps can be used in all kind of industrial processes. Such as petrochemical, paint and resin, soap and detergent, food and chocolate and paper.
The internal gear pumps are excellent for high viscous liquids, with its constant capacity and smooth non-pulsating flow. Furthermore, these internal gear pumps are self-priming.

Material choices

The Verdergear internal gear pumps are manufactured in cast iron or stainless steel. Special materials or material combinations can be used when necessary. The Victor pumps can be equipped with heating jackets and/or by-pass (relief valve).
